Whether you bake challah every week, are just beginning,
The Challah Extravaganza is a first-of-its-kind online event for Jewish women who are intrigued about a deeper connection to their families, their heritage and their souls through challah — not only as something we bake, but as something that brings warmth, meaning, and ruchniyus into our homes.
This event brings together challah enthusiasts, inspirational women, bakers, and thoughtful voices from around the world to explore challah from many angles: its traditions, its symbolism, the intention we bring to it, and the way it shapes the atmosphere of our homes and of course, our Shabbos tables.
And maybe even, our entire lives.
— dough, braiding, and technique.
the prayers we whisper while baking, the sense of continuity it carries, and the role it plays in creating a warm Jewish home.
Each day you will get FREE ACCESS for 24 hours to that day’s scheduled presentations. You can come on and off during that time, whenever it works for you.
If challah has ever felt meaningful to you — if it has ever felt like more than just bread —
this gathering is for you.
For free!
The joy and meaning behind challah baking.

This isn’t a general Jewish summit with a challah session tacked on.
Challah is the focus here — not only how to make it, but what it brings into a Jewish home.
Instead of trying to cover everything, this summit stays with one thing: a shared love of the special mitzvah of challah, one of the three mitzvos uniquely given to Jewish women — and gives it the spotlight it deserves.
You’ll come away with practical ideas you can actually use, along with thoughtful conversations that help you see challah a little differently.
And, more than anything else,
Bring a friend or two or seven – the more, the better!
Why Challah Still Matters
because it is one of our, the Jewish Woman’s, primary mitzvos, rooted in the Torah itself.
It is a mitzvah practiced by our matriarchs throughout every generation, from mother to daughter, grandmother to daughter, and carried forward by Jewish women in every generation. It has kept us connected through this chain over thousands of years, and across every continent!
As we separate challah, we are participating in something generational. This is the same mitzvah done in Jewish homes for thousands of years.
it brings bracha into the home, into the food we prepare, and into the special bread we call “Challah”, that rests on our Shabbos table, the heart of the home.
to Torah, to mesorah, our Jewish tradition, and to the Jewish nation, across time and place.
And that is why it still matters.
and why it always will.
